Current Payment Options

We currently accept:

  • Credit and debit cards
  • Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
  • Direct payment for telepsychiatry sessions (available in New York and Florida)

Payment is due at the time of service.

Insurance Coverage

Resilience Psychiatry is a private practice that does not participate in most insurance plans.
However, many patients can still use their insurance benefits through reimbursement or superbills (itemized receipts).

We are happy to provide documentation you can submit to your insurance company for potential partial reimbursement, depending on your plan.

Before your appointment, we recommend asking your insurer:

Telepsychiatry Billing

Telepsychiatry sessions are billed at the same rate as in-person visits.
We offer virtual appointments for patients in New York and Florida, with the same privacy and clinical standards as in-office care.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 business hours in advance.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.
