Adult and Child psychiatrists
We are an integrated private psychiatric practice dedicated to help patients and their families with their mental health needs. We are located in East Setauket, in Long Island's North Shore, and provide top quality mental health care for children, adolescents and adults. Our staff includes experienced board-certified psychiatrists, and licensed therapists. We specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of attention (ADHD/ADD), behavior, depression, anxiety, and learning disorders in children, and in depression and anxiety in adults. Our goal is not only achieving control of symptoms, but we strive to recover functioning in family, social and study/work settings.
Resilience is the individual's quality necessary to successfully cope with adverse situations, and thus it is central for prevention and recovery from psychiatric or mental health disorders. In our practice we aim to foster patient’s resilience using an integrated approach to help patients and their families recover from mental health issues.
We offer a variety of mental health services, including individual psychotherapy (talk therapy), medication management, and group therapy. We also provide telehealth services for those who prefer to receive care from the comfort of their own home or their busy schedules do not allow in person visits.
We provide services in English and Spanish.
