Conditions We Treat at Resilience Psychiatry
At Resilience Psychiatry, we provide thorough, personalized psychiatric care for adults, adolescents, and children living with a wide range of mental health conditions. Our team combines rigorous medical evaluation with genuine warmth, so every patient feels understood as a whole person, not a diagnosis. Whether you are navigating long-standing anxiety, a recent depressive episode, ADHD, grief, or a child’s first behavioral health concern, we are here to help you find steady ground.
Below you will find the primary conditions we treat, an overview of our clinical approach, and the next steps for scheduling a confidential evaluation at our East Setauket office or through secure telepsychiatry for patients located in New York and Florida.

We practice integrated psychiatry, meaning every treatment plan begins with a careful, holistic evaluation of the biological, psychological, and social factors shaping a patient’s experience. We do not rush to prescribe, and we do not rely on medication alone. Instead, we look at sleep, stressors, relationships, medical history, and personal goals, then build a plan that fits the person in front of us.
Depending on what will be most helpful, care may include medication management, psychotherapy, or a combination of both. Adults can also choose secure telepsychiatry in New York or Florida when in-person visits are not practical.
Above all, we believe strong clinical outcomes start with a strong therapeutic relationship. We take the time to listen fully, explain recommendations in plain language, and help patients make informed decisions about their care. You can also learn more about the practice.
