Online Psychiatrist Serving Westchester County, New York
Resilience Psychiatry provides board-certified online psychiatry to adults throughout Westchester County by secure video.
Patients in White Plains, Yonkers, New Rochelle, Mount Vernon, Scarsdale, Rye, Harrison, Mamaroneck, Ossining, and surrounding communities can access psychiatric evaluations and ongoing care without travelling to Long Island.
Board-Certified Online Psychiatry for Westchester
Westchester County has more psychiatric options on paper than most of New York State, and yet many residents still cannot get the care they need.
Practices are waitlisted for months, a trusted clinician leaves and the next opening is a season away, and a working parent in White Plains, Yonkers, or New Rochelle cannot line up a weekday office visit against a commute and a school pickup.
Resilience Psychiatry provides board-certified online psychiatry to Westchester adults by secure video, so the geography and scheduling stop being the reason you have not started care.

How Care Works
Care begins with a comprehensive online psychiatric evaluation of roughly sixty to ninety minutes, followed by shorter follow-up visits.
Initial Evaluation
The initial appointment reviews your psychiatric history, current symptoms, previous treatment, daily functioning, and treatment goals.
Follow-Up Visits
Follow-up appointments are usually twenty-five to thirty minutes and are scheduled on a cadence that matches how you are doing.
Treatment Plan
Your plan may include medication management, psychotherapy, or both. Prescriptions are sent electronically to your Westchester pharmacy.
Licensing
Telepsychiatry is governed by state licensure, which means a clinician can treat a patient only when that patient is physically located, at the time of the visit, in a state where the clinician holds a license.
Our psychiatrists are licensed in New York and Florida, so we can see you by secure video anywhere in New York State.
Privacy
Visits happen on a HIPAA-compliant, encrypted video platform, not a consumer app, and sessions are not recorded.
Your records carry the same federal and New York State protections they would in our office.
Insurance and Cost
Resilience Psychiatry is an out-of-network private practice.
Many patients use out-of-network insurance benefits for partial reimbursement, and we provide the superbill documentation those claims require.
HSA and FSA accounts are generally eligible, and the full cost conversation happens before anything is scheduled.
About Our Providers
Care is provided by board-certified psychiatrists through secure video appointments for eligible patients throughout Westchester County.
